Thank you so much! (I still have this toothbrush, fwiw, and it works perfectly. Plus, since there is no screen on it, the battery lasts like a month. I also have had great experience with their customer service. I swear I don't get a kickback, it's just my fave toothbrush.) I honestly use it as a guide for myself, too, so I'm glad it can be helpful.

I wish you got a kickback! Another sustainable (For lack of a better word) newsletter recommended sustainable brush heads but I like the idea of switching toothbrushes entirely

Yeah -- I tried bamboo brushes (and read about some silicone ones) but usually even the "recyclable" bristles are questionable or, in my research, I couldn't find ones that had been tested to be as effective as regular bristles. I'll do almost anything for the environment but for me personally, I'm not risking future dental issues on something that might just be marketing. It helps knowing these get recycled and they send you a prepaid labelled envelope!

That was my question re recyclable! And you're absolutely right. The dentist terrifies me

I'm hopeful in the future we'll see ones that are proven to be recyclable, but I haven't seen them yet outside of this brand. And totally! The dentist usually isn't a fun place to be (though I've had super nice dentists lol).
